Eight years ago, I sat in the hall of our old house, filmed my very first video (after about a thousand takes), and Ask Charlie began. This week, I’m celebrating that milestone with you.
In this one I share how it all started, from the idea to teach practical home skills to the moment it clicked, what my mum taught me, and how the channel grew into what it is today. I’m also being honest about the bumps along the way, the thick skin it takes, what I’ve learned about mindset and showing up, and why being present for my family is still my priority.
Thank you so much for being part of this community. Many of you have been here since the very beginning, and I’m so grateful. Here’s to the next eight years. 🥂
