All about The Mum Juggle!
As requested, this week is all about the Mum Juggle!
During this week’s vlog, I chat in depth about my priorities, my helping hands and my essential organisation.
By using every moment carefully and being mindful of how my time is spent, I maximise the chances of spending time doing what I love with who I love. This year I’ve made it a goal to spend more time with my family, so my efficiency in everything I take on is all the more important.
From school-run shifts and B&B management to help around the home and garden, podcast and virtual assistance for my business, I talk about how I outsource and ensure my time is spent wisely.
Sometimes, you have to step back and evaluate your time. Sit down and really have a think about your current responsibilities, your routines and your priorities. What are your main goals and are you working towards them? What are your non-negotiables? Can you relinquish responsibility or outsource, to enable you to better concentrate on those goals? Does something have to give?
Like many, I have suffered with the dreaded Mum-guilt, especially whilst establishing Ask Charlie. So I have to ensure I work cleverly with the time I have to build the business and devote as much of what’s left to the happiness of my home.
