Book Tour Whirlwind, Pony Lessons & Mince Pie Fuel (Christmas with Ask Charlie)

In this episode, I’m doing a classic Ask Charlie juggle: finishing up the last of our wreath-making sessions in the barn, then hitching up the trailer to get Coco and Fifi over to Cindy for a jumping lesson ahead of Coco’s school competition.

The weather turns properly vile, the river’s burst its banks, and we’re basically battling floodwater… but it’s completely worth it because Coco’s school team does incredibly well and wins their classes.

Back home, I’m tucked by the AGA getting January Members Club comfort-food recipes filmed, then we have the loveliest night writing Christmas cards, dancing in the kitchen, and eating mince pies with ice cream.

Then it’s straight onto book-signing life: Oxford and Hungerford at White Coco, meeting so many of you in real life, hearing the kindest feedback about the book, and having one of those “I can’t quite believe this is happening” moments. I also share a bit more honestly about how rough I felt this time last year, and how different it feels now.
