Christmas With Ask Charlie, and the story behind how I came up with the idea to start Ask Charlie
In this Christmas with Ask Charlie episode, I’m darting between London and home, sharing a proper catch-up from the Chelsea Town Hall fair and a very special full-circle moment meeting Keeley Hawes - the actress in The Durrells who helped spark the idea for Ask Charlie in the first place.
Back at home, I’m straight into wreath-making in the barn, juggling the farrier, frosty fields and armfuls of foliage, before finally opening two very exciting deliveries: my new Through the Seasons 2026 wall calendar and a beautiful PR parcel from Seed to Skin in Tuscany.
I also share some of the gorgeous jewellery I was kindly gifted at the fair, a brilliant pre-loved ski-wear find for our upcoming family ski trip, and finish the day making a Winter Neroli candle from a lovely kit at the kitchen table.
