In this week’s How-To, I’m finishing off my Valentine's series by laying the table with you. After sharing the recipes in parts one and two, this final video is all about how I make an everyday table feel special without going overboard!

I talk through how I set our kitchen table, why I always choose pieces that work all year round, and how I restyle the same tablecloth, napkins and candles from Christmas through to February just by changing a few details. I also show you exactly how I lay cutlery properly, share some small but thoughtful touches like ribbon-tied napkins and garden foliage, and explain why I keep everything practical, relaxed and easy to live with.
