How to Make a Delicious Seasonal Mirabelle Plum Tart (Easy Pastry Recipe)
This week I’m sharing a gorgeous seasonal bake – a Mirabelle Plum Tart.
My neighbour kindly brought me a basket of these sweet little plums, and they were just too good not to use. I take you through making the shortcrust pastry by hand, prepping the plums, and assembling the tart. It’s a simple, rustic recipe that works just as well with regular plums, and I’ve included a little trick to avoid a soggy bottom. Perfect served with cream, ice cream, or crème fraîche – this is a lovely way to make the most of summer fruit!
