How to make Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding
This week I'm showing you how to make the most delicious Easter-inspired treat - hot cross buns slathered with butter and marmalade, baked into an utterly moreish pudding.
To make it even more incredible and a touch naughtier, I serve mine with either cream, ice cream or clotted cream.
