How to make the Coronation Quiche

It has been announced that King Charles III and Queen Camilla have a quiche as the official coronation dish.

The recipe has been devised by a Buckingham Palace chef, the idea is that it can be cooked at home, as part of a Coronation Big Lunch, a nationwide and international feast.

The recipe has a traditional shortcrust pastry, with a cream-and-egg filling of spinach, broad beans and cheddar, with the herb tarragon.

I hope you enjoy recreating this in your kitchen.
