Old Friends, Races & a Heart Full to the Brim | Spring Vlog
There's a week where everything lines up just right, old friends, sunshine, the best day at the races, and news that stopped me in my tracks. This was one of those weeks. I've been feeling the pull of real-life connection lately, and this vlog is full of it: a girls' night with friends I met in antenatal classes almost 18 years ago, a gloriously happy afternoon at the local point to point with a proper picnic, and a lovely lunch in London with some truly inspiring people.
There's also a quiet update on the second book, the proof reader in South Africa has finished, there weren't many changes, and her feedback genuinely made my whole day. We're getting closer. Alongside all of that: Coco's GCSEs are underway, the garden is finally being planted up (Quentin to the rescue), and I share a few new discoveries I've been genuinely loving from Pixie's poreless primer to the most sustainably made socks I've ever come across.
