A Busy Few Days: Content Shoots, Sourdough, Soap & Coastal Cocktails (Weekly Vlog)

It’s been a full-on week! I managed to squeeze in filming my summer vlog introduction with Lucy – she’s a brilliant local videographer. We had a great afternoon capturing content, and I was so pleased with what she produced - let me know if you like it! I’m still getting to grips with the Dyson, but I’m really impressed – especially with the volume I can get now using the Living Proof spray and a little Elnett. I posted a full tutorial on Tuesday if you'd like to check it out.

The sourdough knives are back in stock, so I’ve been wrapping and posting those, and received a few deliveries, including a very thoughtful package from The Stable Soap Company – handmade soaps for horses, dogs, and hardworking hands! I’ve also started using the Banana Bright serum from Ole Henriksen on a viewer’s recommendation – will report back, but loving it so far.

The week ended with a quick trip up to London for Jam Industries’ Coastal Cocktails event, which was a joy. We also attended a local Rivers Trust talk – I learned so much about microplastics, tyre pollution, and the impact of our everyday habits. Really worth tuning into, especially if you live near a river or coast.
