Last Competition of Season, New Skincare Device & Tummy Bugs! (Weekly Vlog)

Half term was full-on in the best way. We wrapped Coco’s eventing season at Tetworth - a stunning, super-professional venue and absolutely worth the trek. Back home, we eased into a slow Sunday with roast beef and a tiny domestic triumph: Velcro on the sheepskins so the dogs can’t pinch them!

I've started trialling the ZIIP Halo, an interesting micro-current facial device that arrived recently. The tech behind it is quite fascinating, using app-connected technology for personalised treatments. Early days yet, but I’m intrigued by the results so far.

We also hosted a cosy kitchen supper, and I tested a delicious selection from Bray Cured - ideal for hard-to-buy-for foodies - and discovered OHMG sparkling magnesium water as a nice switch from herbal tea.

Dining with friends was super enjoyable, and it was so nice to put my phone away and simply be present. The week concluded rather less glamorously with a tummy bug making its rounds through the household, resulting in cancelled London plans. Sometimes you simply need to retreat to bed with jasmine tea and accept defeat gracefully!
