A Gentle Week, BBC Radio Wales & Burghley Prep Begins

A gentle, pottering week before everything ramps up, plus live on BBC radio Wales talking all things shoe care and making an effort in your appearance. This week had a bit of everything, a beautiful jewellery delivery, four dogs at the vet in one afternoon, Simon's birthday, and honest reflections on why I chose to speak up about online negativity last week.

Behind the scenes, Burghley prep is properly underway, my stand is coming together with Nigel, and I've had a genuinely exciting idea (thanks to a lovely follower) about how to handle the silk scarves not being ready in time. I'll also share a few things I've been loving, a new switch for the dogs' food, topping up my protein with a new powder, and a beautiful gifted fragrance that caught me completely off guard.

It's a full one, but a good one.
