A Special Scottish Trip, First Look at My Book & London Launch Prep (Weekly Vlog)

This week I nipped up to Scotland for a very chilly but much-needed few days away with Simon and Gus. I squeezed in a full editing day, some proper beach walks with Lola, a visit to the Gordon Castle Christmas Fair, and a really special overnight stay with my beloved Auntie Margaret.

The biggest moment was the arrival of the very first finished copies of Through the Seasons, delivered all the way to the Highlands. Opening that parcel and seeing the beautiful cover, ribbon marker, and Jocelyn’s illustrations on real paper felt incredibly surreal.

Once home, I headed straight to London for a gynae check-up (so important), a quick stop at my favourite ribbon shop, John Lewis and the brilliant Fever-Tree Cracker Shop, and then over to White Coco on the King’s Road to choose my outfit for the London book launch.
