I am not sure it gets much better than homegrown asparagus with hollandaise sauce!
This week I am showing you how to pick asparagus, a genius way to cook it on an Aga and how to make hollandaise sauce. Don’t worry if you don’t have an Aga, I talk you through the other options such as boiling, grilling and using an air fryer.
For me, asparagus is a real treat, one of life’s luxuries and I want it to be perfectly cooked and enjoy it dipped into this deliciously rich sauce! A few simple ingredients and voila, a scrumptious feast.
