End of term madness!

Welcome to another week inside an air-fryer-obsessed house!

Simon has totally fallen in love with the new kitchen addition and we’re thoroughly enjoying the deliciousness it whips up. Do let me know if there are any recipes you’d like me to tackle with it and I can give it a go!

Watch along this week for an update on the ponies including dear Cassie, a visit from an unwanted guest in the kitchen garden, and a quick whizz around Petworth.

I also talk about Angel from Shades Of Cool London, a wonderful new connection with some incredible products that I’m so thrilled to introduce to you. They’ve already made a real difference to our quality of sleep, and the fact they’re utterly beautiful is an added bonus. She’s kindly given me a discount code to share with you all, so use CHARLIE10 at checkout for 10% off everything online and treat yourself!

After a week of finality in the form of spectacular school music concerts, exciting cricket matches and more, it’s been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. All three of the children have done so incredibly well, with Archie and Coco in their first and last years, and I could not be more proud of them. Having them all at different schools does mean precision planning, but I think we manage to pull it off quite well!

Lastly, I talk a little about a very successful local launch of a special and rather unique clinic, with the most beautiful setting. The lovely Katie Armstrong, a previous podcast guest of mine, is a complete breath of fresh air and has just opened Clinic 51, a sanctuary specialising in women’s wellness and health offering evidence-based, holistic advice, guidance and treatment for women in midlife and beyond.

It’s so exciting to have something like this in Sussex and it was great to see such a wonderful turnout for a wonderful woman.

I hope you enjoy watching along,

Love, Charlie x
