I am so excited to share with you exactly what I’m doing with the abundance of homegrown strawberries from my kitchen garden.
After manifesting a kitchen garden for so many years, it really has become my sanctuary. Growing my fruit and vegetables has been such a rewarding experience, and I’m thrilled to share my homemade strawberry jam recipe with you today.
After grading my strawberries and picking out the top contenders to enjoy fresh, I’m left with a bowl of not-so-pretty strawberries ready to be transformed into my super flavoursome (and exceptionally moreish!) jam.
