My Air Fryer Favourites | Easy Family Cooking & Homemaking

I’m bringing you into my kitchen for a little look at how we’ve been using our air fryer in everyday family life.

Rather than simply talking about it, I filmed what I actually cooked throughout the week, from quick chicken tenders for hungry teenagers, to a whole spatchcocked chicken and chips for supper, and finally my homemade granola, recipe linked for you.

For me, the air fryer has become one of those useful little bits of kitchen equipment that makes family life just that bit easier. There are busy days when making everything from scratch simply isn’t realistic, and I think there’s something to be said for finding ways to make feeding everyone feel manageable. It’s also lovely that the children can use it themselves, whether they’re cooking bacon, sausages or something simple for lunch.

I also share how I clean the air fryer, a few things I’ve learnt through trial and error, and one thing I wouldn’t recommend making in it, my rather disappointing sourdough.

If you’re feeling like family meals need to be a little simpler at the moment, I hope this gives you a few useful ideas and a bit of reassurance that everyday cooking doesn’t have to be complicated.

With love
