My Holiday Packing Secrets (Tissue Paper, Try-Ons & No Creases)

I tried on every single item of clothing I own before it was allowed anywhere near a suitcase - small win, but I'll take it. This has been a proper packing session: outfits for a smarter hotel where you dress for dinner, poolside cover-ups, four bikinis, three swimsuits, and more hats than any one holiday really needs.

I always start with a full try-on of everything, working out colour schemes and what goes with what, because nothing kills the holiday buzz like arriving and realising something doesn't fit. From there it's evening dresses, workout kit, shoes for every occasion, and my tissue paper trick, a hack I learned from my mother, for keeping everything crease-free until we get there.

Then there's the hats (my old faithful has come on every holiday since Archie was a baby), the mosquito prep after a friend's warning about Greece, and the beach bag I actually take on the plane with me. Plus a couple of new buys, my go-to packing tips, and a reminder that Through the Seasons isn't just a cookery book, there's a full packing checklist tucked inside it too.

I hope you enjoy watching

With love
