This beautiful fiddle bow-style knife is handcrafted from Beech wood and features an extra-long carbon steel blade, perfect for slicing through even the biggest sourdough loaves with ease - and we're all about ease here!

Whether you’re a serious sourdough baker or just love a proper slice of homemade bread, this knife is a total game-changer. It cuts cleanly through crusts without squashing your loaf and is also brilliant for neatly slicing things like burger buns, croissants or bagels. It handles loaves up to 30cm wide, making it ideal for big family bakes or entertaining.

Each knife comes with a magnetic blade guard to keep things safe and tidy – you can pop it in a drawer, hang it up, or (like I do!) leave it out on your breadboard, where it looks rather stylish in the kitchen.

Crafted to the highest standard, the beech wood handle has been sanded to a silky-smooth, furniture-grade finish and sealed with three coats of Danish oil, giving it durability and a beautiful natural look.
