A Bonus Vlog | Book Events, Beautiful Tables & A Whirlwind Week

This week’s bonus vlog follows a rather full, rather special few days, the sort of week where everything seems to happen at once, but in the most heart warming way.

We begin at home, packing up books, flowers, table linens, sourdough starter and half the house before heading to Stamford with Suzi for a beautiful book event. There’s a little behind the scenes of setting up the tablescape, arranging flowers, choosing outfits and sharing such a meaningful evening with Jocelyn, who illustrated Through the Seasons so beautifully. It was one of those nights that felt emotional, joyful and slightly surreal all at once.

The next morning brings yoga in my pyjamas, breakfast, a little more laughter and then a quick return home before repacking for London, Chelsea Town Hall, a Bower Collective event and finally preparing to head up to Scotland. There are books, beautiful brands, silk scarves, washing machines, last-minute packing, and that familiar juggle of trying to keep everything moving while also soaking up the moments as they come.
