A Week of Family Life, Cheltenham & Exciting Things Ahead
In this week’s vlog, I’m taking you along through a full few days of family life, home life, horses, work, little moments of calm, and a very happy day at Cheltenham.
We begin with a slow Sunday morning, time in the paddocks, a gripping audiobook, and the simple comfort of a family roast at home. There’s something so grounding about those ordinary moments, pottering, pampering, walking the dogs, getting outside, and easing into the day, especially when life behind the scenes is also quietly full of excitement.
There are a few things in this vlog that feel especially meaningful. A project I’ve held in my heart for many years is finally beginning to come to life, even though I can only share tiny hints for now. I also talk a little about confidence, being in my mid-40s, stepping into a braver season, and saying yes to opportunities, even when they feel stretching or uncertain.
Alongside all of that, there’s the reality of everyday life too: Coco studying and riding, Archie driving himself to college, admin days at my laptop, trying to get my book onto Amazon, catching up on work, and keeping all the home plates spinning. It’s a real mix of countryside calm, family rhythms, work behind the scenes, and those moments where you realise life is changing in small, significant ways.
I also share a wonderful day at Cheltenham, a lovely event in London, a new brand partnership with Goodwood, and a few reflections on consistency, health, and how slowly showing up does make a difference over time.
