Blenheim Horse Trials Vlog | Coco's Big Win, Archie Turns 18 & My book event at Aspiga

This week started with heartbreaking news, and somehow still turned into one of the best weeks we've had for a long time, Coco and Fifi's incredible win at Blenheim, an emotional surprise that arrived in the post, and a very special evening at my book event in London.

I wanted to start this one honestly, talking about something difficult that happened this week, because I think it's so important that we look out for one another and have real conversations, not just the highlight reel. From there it was full steam ahead, Blenheim with Coco and Fifi, icing legs, a nail-biting Eventers Challenge win, seeing my very first riding teacher again after many years, and a very long drive home. Then it was straight into a busy few days: sourdough baking, Archie's 18th birthday lunch with his godparents, a Saturday evening walk blackberry picking, and unboxing some genuinely lovely things that arrived from small businesses I love.

The week ended with something I've been so excited for my boom event at Aspiga in London, talking books, mindset, motivation and seasonal living with a touch of Handcuffed! It was such a special evening.
