Cold Week Reset, Pheasant Stew, Marmalade, Cosy Moments and Scotland Plans (Weekly Vlog)
This week I’m trying to get myself back into a good rhythm. I’m back on the morning workouts (even with a touch of a cold), caring for the horses, and fitting life around school runs, mock exams, and a proper cooking mission - including preparing pheasant stew for a catering lunch that went down brilliantly.
I also chat about motivation and why I’m so big on the idea that if you want a change, you have to be the one to start it. There’s a bit on dealing with online negativity too, and how the algorithm can throw your content at people who were never your audience in the first place.
Later in the vlog it’s all the home bits I love, a batch of marmalade, needlepoint on the sofa, and a little unboxing of some really lovely things that have arrived. I finish up feeling more like myself, sharing what’s coming next, and getting organised for our exciting trip to Scotland to visit dear friends and family.
