Three Births, a Deep Faith & the Diagnosis That Changed Everything | Ask Charlie Q&A

When I briefly touched on my faith and our fertility journey in the Q&A with Simon, so many of you asked me to say more. So here it is, properly, with time to actually answer properly.

In this week's Ask Charlie, I'm sitting in the garden among the roses and the peonies and talking about three things I've tended to hold quite privately: my faith and why I've always been so quiet about it; all three of our births, including what it means to carry and deliver babies with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome; and the fertility journey that took us from Clomid that wasn't working to the acupuncturist and gynaecologist who changed everything. I also talk about the year I spent in a wheelchair!

These are personal stories. I hope sharing them is useful, or at least reassuring, to those of you who asked. I feel so unbelievably grateful for my three miracles. And for the garden, today.
